I needed a portable PA system for an event I was hosting. I did not want to speak into a bull horn and found this unit that had a hand-held mike.It worked great and the entire goup heard me loud and clear. It is loud and clear. It worked beautifully. There was no need to raise my voice so my students could hear me. We had a dance festival with 150 first graders and it helped to keep all of the children focused.

Did not work. Returned for refund. I called the company and left a voice mail message and never received a phone call back. I do not recommend this product.
