Though it requires more space than we thought, this is a great way to practice Tae Kwon Do at home. Its adjustable to different heights and easy to move by rolling across the floor. But it requires a good deal of space around it for someone to take a big step and swing their leg/arm without hitting anything but the Kid Kick.

The Kid Kick has been great for my 3 kids (ages 3-5 )They are very rough on the bag with actual practice as well as horse play Filled base with crused stone rather than sand or water, has worked great

My girls love it. They practice their Jujutsu everyday, kicks, elbow, and punches.After filling it with 80 lbs of sand, it is not moveable.
