This Gaslite America GL300 Cast Aluminum Natural Gas Light features a cast aluminum frame with a black finish; a dual mantle burner for a brighter light similar to a 100 watt light bulb; tempered glass sides; brass plated eagle finial; an AGA approved solid brass control valve for variable flame settings and years of dependable use; manual ignition; and 2427 BTUs. I purchased this to replace a similiar 35 year old Laslight damaged in a hurricane. Product arrived very promptly and carefully packaged. I had trouble however installing the glass panes. They were difficult to insert and then loose fitting. I contacted the manufacturer's customer service and Wendy couldn't be more helpful, even over a weekend. I was trying to install the glass as I would have on my old model, but this model was slightly different. She downloaded a couple of illustrations and in less than 5 minutes, problem solved! I fully expect that I and the next owner will get 35 years of pleasant light from this fixture. Great product, great support. THANKS
