These batteries were an exact match to the APC branded ones that I was replacing at half the cost. I've tested the APC a few times on a half load and the batteries runtime is great.Note, does not included free return shipping to recycle the batteries though. It cost me about $35 to send them to their recycling center.

Bought this battery pack for my APC SU3000NET 21 months ago. After the "replace battery" alarm went off recently (less than two years of use), I discovered that the batteries were so badly distended that they could not be removed from the UPS.After futilely trying to pry them out with a screwdriver and getting nowhere, I had no choice but to take a hacksaw and remove the front vertical supports on the battery cage. Tried to get by with just doing one side, but the battery was ballooned on both.Never again with this ABC vendor.

Had to remove connectors from old battery back to get it to plug into UPS. Batteries fit in unit and seem to be working well.
