The service was great! However, the picture illustrates a harris D814 or Siemons 814 Impact tool. The Fluke Networks D814 is actually a differnt color and the picture does not reflect that. The tool works fine, however those in the industry know and trust the signature siemons/Harris 814 by its color(s) The fluke version is Fluke colors.
