Awesome, product is exactly what it says it is. Guarana is a good substitute for coffee and also any of those speed drinks. Doesn't have toxic effect and gives you good energy all day.

Unfortunately I got hooked on Caffeine pills in college, not in a bad way, but I would take about 1 a day to be alert for classes. I heard about some of the chemicals in caffeine pills (especially the ones with yellow dye) so I went out in search of an alternative. This has just as much caffeine as one of those pills, except its more natural, and a little slower to kick in (which I feel is good - less jitters).I don't take these every day, sometimes I just have a cup of coffee, but these are great to have around as a backup when I can't get a cup of coffee, or I have to drive and need to stay awake. I usually split the pill in half - 200mg is just too much caffeine at one time imo.The energy last longer than coffee or caffeine pills, and you don't get a crash afterwards. Caffeine pills always cause me to crash, this kind of just tapers off.
