Sandvik Javelins had medal winning performance at the 1996 Olympics. Sandvik Javelins were used in 1 Gold, 2 Silver, & 1 Bronze medal winning throws. Once again Sandvik has used its research department and top athletes to design these "New Rule" javelins.
All Nordic / Sandvik Javelins meet all 2006 NFHS & IAAF specifications.

I am very pleased with the javelin. I was however expecting a different color. I wish there had been a choice of color or a picture of the actual javelin that was for sale and not just a random 3 javelin stock photo which didn't picture the one I purchased. All that being said, I am pleased with the actual javelin.
