5The best long flax seed bag!
By Isabelle
I have owned this product for years and I still think it is the best one out there. The main reason is that it is segmented in three compartments filled with flax seeds, instead of one long one like most other long flax seed bags. The distribution of the seeds is much easier to achieve which facilitate the use of the wrap in all positions. Enjoy!

5Very nice little setup
By Music man
This is my first sound system for my PC and I'm very happy with it. Being a music student sound is very important to me and so I made sure to hear a lot of systems and frankly most just sucked until you got to the $300-$400 range and I just didn't have that much money to shell out. So giving up on the computer stores I went to cambridge soundworks and I actually bought their Megaworks 210D it was $200. I was extremely disappointed with it, while the 150 watt subwoofer was killer, the two satellite speakers hissed which was annoying. It didn't treat all music styles equally and was easily distorted when playing music without a lot of low end such as movie soundtracks and classical music. The highs were piercing and hard on the ears as well. This was true on all music styles even with the treble turned all the way down. So I returned it the next day and bought the Creative T5400 system after talking with a neighbor who had the 5200. I was extremely pleased after I got it setup. (By the way setting it up is very easy and mounting the speakers on the walls couldn't be easier, its like hanging a picture frame. All you need is a nail and hammer.) While it doesn't have the power or the bass that the cambridge megaworks had, the 5 speakers are clear and comfortable to listen to at high volumes. The subwoofer isn't going to blow the windows out of your house but it does its job nicely and compliments the speakers very well. Mine is setup in my bedroom which is about average size and it delivers a nice balanced sound that fills the room. It's a very nice system at a very good price that does well with music, games, and movies. You definitely won't be disappointed. Whatever you decide get a 5.1 system, there wasn't one 2.1 system out there that I would recomend buying. For the same price or a little more you can get a 5.1 system. I was concerned with space as some of you might be, but don't worry about space you'll figure something out. Like I said these speakers are very easy to mount on your wall. Good luck to you! I hope this helps.

5Astounding sound
By A student
I bought these about a year ago, along with a Creative Labs SB Audigy Platinum 5.1 card. Whether you are using these speakers for gaming, music, or movies, the quality of the sound is amazing. The highs are crisp, the bass is pure, and the overall sound presense is great. If you are looking for a well-priced quality set of 5.1 speakers, these are most definately the choice for any computer or small home/dorm room entertainment system.

5MONSTEROUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By A Customer
I bought these speakers along with a Audigy2 ZS. I installed the card and came across a printing error. My speaker instructions had the wrong instructions on how to hook up the speakers to the sound card. After a little fiddling, i realized the problem. The Speaker instructions had me plugging the chords into the wrong jacks. BE SURE TO LOOK AT YOUR SOUND CARD'S INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CORRECT JACKS. Also MAKE SURE THAT YOUR COMPUTER ISNT SENDING DIGITAL OUTPUT IF IT IS, CHANGE IT FOR THESE SPEAKERS. My comp was set to this and there was nothing at all. Other that that the setup was fairly easy other that the fact that the front-side speakers arent on red/black speaker cable making it hard to get a true 5.1 setup with the 5 foot attached chords. The back speakers are on bare wire connections and make it easy to run different wire (sold separately)to the speakers. Ther are also PLUGS NOT BARE WIRES going to the sub so i had to tape the rear wires onto the provided plug cables. After i ran the cables and fixed all of the problems MY MIND WAS BLOWN AWAY. I havent listened to as good of music quality since my parents 4000 dollar BOSE system. These speakers are monsterous. I have the volume barely on and my 10 foot cube room shakes like crazy. Very good look and easy tweaking is beautiful. Other than the few glitches in the setup, it was a beautiful purchase for 100 bucks!! Just be sure to have a sound card that can handle the 5.1 speakers. My friend loved mine so much that he bought them an d tried to run them on an integrated sound. DIDNT WORK AT ALL.

I LOVE THESE SPEAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4Almost perfect
By Chris
I have purchased three of these Flax Seed Neck Pillows as Christmas gifts. Everyone agrees that they are great - my mother uses hers every day and loves how much they help relieve pain. However, the quality could be better, especially considering the price. All three of my family members I have purchased them for have had issues with the stitching coming apart and the flax seeds leaking out.

2A bit over priced. Burnt after continual use
By RealJudes
THis product is better than most others but not great. I think its overpriced. For the price I'd think you should get some extra covers or something. It heats up well and feels really nice. Like another reviewer stated...it does have this distinct stink to it but I can put up with it. UPDATE- I started to use it continuously and then I noticed a burning smell. With continual use, it busted twice and I stitched it up once. After the second time the cover itself started to turn brown and eventually burned also. I will not buy this again. Very disappointed it didn't last.

This is a great product. My husband has problems with his neck hurting and this product provided warm relief. My only complaint is that the product did not come with instructions. I had to get the instructions from the web site. Other than that we are very pleased.

5As computer speakers and not audiophile stereo equipment...
By F. L. Watts
... the Altec Lansing VS4121 2.1 Speaker System provides a remarkable return on a relatively meager investment. As I write this, I am listening to a 1930s recording of Django Reinhardt and hearing every note and nuance of the music; as well as every cough, click, and pop on the antique recording. A $99 investment is providing a vastly improved computing and listening experience while at my desk.

The speaker system comes in a light and compact packing box. The included instructions are rendered completely superfluous by simple and intuitive design - just stick the green wire in the green hole and the tan wire in the tan hole, then turn 'em on and enjoy. Connection to a computer, MP3 player, or the like is via the standard 1/8 inch jack. Additionally, an adapter wire is provided for those wishing to use the speakers in a dual-RCA connector application (e.g. a Sony Playstation). Disappointment will result from inflated expectations. The Altec Lansings are not audiophile speakers. A critical ear will easily detect the sort of coloration common in desktop systems. The midrange is a bit weak; but the downfiring design of the relatively large mid-range cones in the satellites goes a long way towards minimizing this effect. Once the ear becomes accustomed to a slight tinniness, the remarkable clarity of these speakers becomes apparent. The bass module easily does its share - and then some. Tweak the EQ and crank the volume, and you'll have a fine system for gaming or DVD watching at your computer (I can rattle the pens in the cup on my desk if I wish). Build quality appears first-rate, and I have had no reliability problems. Controls are close at hand - if your hand is near the right satellite speaker. Volume, bass, treble, and power are on the front face (see picture, above); and a welcome headphone jack is on the right side of the same speaker.

I suppose this system may be viewed as an evolution of the Altec Lansing ATP3LA 3piece speaker system, well-reviewed here at Amazon and available as of this writing for $60. The VS4121 bring a freshened look, the aforementioned headphone jack, and some sonic tweaking to the table.

I examined the competing models from JBL, Logitech, and Creative. Bearing in mind that listening tests are so subjective as to be of dubious value, I will say that none matched the Altec Lansings their clarity and openness of sound, or their cozy design values. Creative's I-Trigue came closest; but its design involved a separate wired control unit that I feared would clutter up my desktop. Further, this control was far too light and skittered away from the approaching hand. Within this price range, you can purchase the Altec Lansing VS4121 system confident that you could not have done better in the computer speaker category.

3Something to consider ...
By J. Osborn
The fair market value of ~$75.00 for these speakers is quite attractive, never-the-less, I returned my set a week after purchase and I will tell you why.

1) Sound quality is marginal at best. The highs are only apparent & clear if you turn the bass down to about 15-20% and the treble to about 55-60%. Without this adjustment, the sound is quite muddy and highs are lost to the droning lows. If you listen to these speakers next to Klipsch 2.1's ($140) or Creative's 250D's ($125) you will be amazed at the difference in accuracy and clarity. Now, admittedly, the VS4121's are half the price (roughly) but the difference is well worth the increase in QUALITY sound considering more and more of our entertainment is computer based (for instance - my entire audio collection is on my drive).

* Sidenote for your understanding: I listen to a great deal of Electronic which has a wide frequency range. Highs are extremely important. These speakers couldn't keep up. I also had a problem with 1 single track where low's were cutting out all together.

2) The manufacturer warns of a detectable buz or hum from the sub if the a/c current in your home operates @ 60 cycles. This is picked up and transmitted through the sub whether your speakers are connected to an audio source or not. This problem is WITHOUT REMEDY. My house was built in 1998 (relatively new) yet this became an enormous problem, regardless of where I plugged them in. The manual says that it's only detectable at low levels or with no audio source. A track would end and I would hear bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz until the next track began or I shut the speakers off completely. I don't experience this problem with any other speakers (multimedia or otherwise) in my home.

3) For the price (MSRP of $129.00), a remote (wired or wireless) would be a wonderful upgrade. You may not realize but reaching for the satellite to adjust EQ and volume is troublesome especially considering they need adjustment quite frequently.

Other than these gripes, the finish of the sub and satellites is quite nice and the audio cables are longer than they were on the old ATP3's which helps with configuration options.

1An alternate point of view...
By Scuba Steve
I researched these speakers EXTENSIVELY before purchasing them. As is the case here, the vast majority of the user reviews on the various online merchant web sites are all extremely positive. The professional reviews, however, are more accurate. Read on if you want to know why this system is getting RMA-ed.Most professional reviews that I located viewed this 2.1 speaker system quite favorably, but ALL mentioned one significant fact - the speakers have NO mid-range....and, in my experience, it's true. The idea of a down-firing mid-range on each satellite was sheer genius. The approach allows the speakers to be small and elegant with a stealth mid-range that also provides a low center of gravity so that the sats do not tip over (a common problem for tall and narrow sats). Yes, sheer genius...in the design phase. In practice, the down-firing mids do not work as advertised. The design leaves the mid-range completely empty and you are left with a WAY overly aggressive bass sub and bright, BRIGHT tweeters. No amount of fussing with the bass and treble controls will solve this problem. I constantly found myself reaching for the controls trying to tone down the aggressive bass and the PIERCING tweeters...all to no avail.Okay, I knew this was going to be a problem when I purchased them...these facts were clear in all the professional reviews. "So what?", I figured. These are not very expensive and they just look so darned good. So I gave them a shot. They arrived and I was incredibly impressed with their design. The wiring is ingenious (and unobtrusive) and the controls are within easy reach (and that's a good thing because of the aforementioned issues with the sound range)....and yes, they looked FANTASTIC next to my flat panel and small Shuttle cube. So, after I finished fiddling with the knobs, did I decide to keep them? Absolutely no way, and it had nothing to do with the mid-range.As another reviewer pointed out, the sub emits a constant low frequency signal whenever the speakers are turned on. This is not a defect in one or two pairs...it is a design defect. Altec would have you believe that it is normal and states as much in the user manual, but I have never heard another sub do the same. The noise is not just distracting, it is maddening. The actual problem is that the sub design did not adequately insulate the input power source from the input audio source...so you end up listening to a gut-penetrating version of your house's AC current when you are not putting an audio source through the system.I leave my speakers on all the time when I am using my computer...regardless of whether or not I am listening to music. In fact, they are on the same power strip and come on automatically. That way, I get to hear all the other windows feedback (beeps, new mail tones, etc.). I found myself constantly turning these speakers off lest I start to go insane from the hum.BTW, I am not an audiophile and these issues still stood out. The hum was noticed by others the moment that they walked into the room. "What the heck is that?" was a common response.Without the hum, these are 4 star speakers. No mid-range is an issue, but hey, they look great and are not very expensive. With the hum, however, they are one star at best. Now where is that UPS man? Today, I have a package for HIM. :)

5Like no other
By A Customer
I love balsamic vinegars and have tried perhaps 50 different varities, incuding many of the pricier ones. If you don't want to spring the hundred or more for the tradizionale, this is the absolute best. Wonderful complex flavor and almost a syrupy consistency. It's best on its own, unless you're using the best quality olive oil for a dressing. Try it on smoked salmon or roast chicken.

5A must try for balsamic snobs
By M. Hunter
I was hesitant to buy the Compagnia del Montale Nr 12 balsamic. But after spending hundreds of dollars of the tradizionales, reading the reviews, and looking at the price, I figured what-the-hay, I've got little to lose. Now I am certainly not a balsamic expert, but I do have a rather okay palate and have tasted some of the finer balsamics from the modena region. I would put this one right up there with the $100/3ounce tradizionale balsamics (those aged for something like 15-25 years) for a fraction of the price. Now, if you are a real connoisseur of balsamics, maybe you'll decide that it's a little high on the sugar content side and lacking some of the more complex flavors of the 25 yr balsamics. However, if you simply enjoy a rich balsamic on your ice cream, fruit, steak, or what-have-you, I do not think you can do better for the price. I'm ordering 3 more (and putting all my friends to the test to see if they can differentiate between this one and the pricier tradizionale)! From a logistical standpoint, received product in good condition (safely bubble-wrapped) 5 days following my order (4 business days). The bottle is corked with one of those plastic-type wine bottle corks, which is easy enough to remove but impossible to get back in. I recommend using a pour-spout type top or finding a different cork for capping (unless you think you are superman and can get that cork back in there without breaking the bottle).

1Average taste, hopelessly impractical packaging
By hyslopc
We were not impressed at all by this balsamic vinegar. Taste is ok, but we prefer Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar, which sells for almost half the price. But our greatest problem with this item is the packaging. Most balsamic vinegars come with a cork top that can easily be removed and then replaced again. This one comes with a plastic cork which you need to remove with a corkscrew and cannot be easily replaced. As such you need to buy a wine cork stopper in order to prevent the contents going bad after opening, and even that won't prevent the contents from spilling out if someone accidentally tips over the bottle, as we found out when our daughter did just that and we saw half a $60 bottle pour out over our $1000 rug. Not sure what the makers were thinking giving such a premium-priced product such poor packaging - perhaps they view it as a cheap premium item? It sure feels cheap. We will definitely not be ordering this again.

5Just as good as the Z-640's, but 1 more satellite, nice 6.1
By A Customer
I am writing a review because some want to know if these are good. Well I bought the Z-640 from amazon last summer and I had bought later a Audigy 2, 6.1 surround sound card. So I waited for 6.1 to come and X-620 came. However, amazon did not stock this, until just recently. Where I bought it already from somewhere else. But these speakers are awesome. Just like the Z-640, exactly the same output 70 watts, except 1 more satellite speaker to give you nice 6.1 surround sound. 3 speakers in the front and 3 speakers in the back give it a nice distribution of sound. Perfect configuration I think. 3 on 3, instead of 3 on 2. And the subwoofer I think got even louder and better. Defintely see a difference in the bass with X-620 over the Z-640. In end, if you liked the Z-640 you will defintely like the X-620, I know I do. So check out the reviews for Z-640, maybe that will help you more if mine didn't. Amazon is the best.

5Logitech X620's
By Lee
Ok so I have recently become obsessed with the world of surround sound audio. I have previously had Creative Inspire 4.1 speakers, then upgraded to Ozaki 5.1 Home Theatre. Of course, with only 25 Watt RMS total power they were hardly amazing.. So i was looking to upgrade again! I got some Logic 3 console soundstation speakers, and they didn't connect very well so i got a cash refund. So I headed to comet with the Intentions of buying a Creative Inspire T7700 set of 7.1 for £99.Unfortunately they were sold out, so then I spotted these! I knew logitech were well recommended for sound, so I decided to take a plunge and buy some 6.1 speakers. Well what can I say? Im not going to be too biased like some stupid reviwers on here lets start with the good points:>Strong Subwoofer with 25W RMS output (Doubled due to patented technology) definately the best bass producer ive ever heard!>Strong speakers, 8 Watts RMS per channel over 6 speakers! With 20 Watts in center channel!

>Headphone socket for private listening>Source switcher - upmixes a 4.1 or 5.1 signal to 6.1>Subwoofer Volume Control>Sturdy Volume control - these speakers can go mighty loud, and volume control is progressive, but I dare not turn them up to the max!>Speakers have their own stands, or can be rotated 180 degrees or attached to a wall via a screw> Free console adaptor ensures these speakers can be easily used with xbox gamecube or ps2 right out of the box!>These speakers ARE compatible with DVD players!>Quickstart Manual and Warranty Card

So the good news is these produce a rock solid sound for a great price, better than Inspire 5.1's? Yes i would think so, definately better than my other two speaker sets anyway!

Sadly the bad points are, but to be fair i must state them:>Subwoofer cannot be turned off and can be a hinderance as even on low volume it produces a tonne of bass>Back speaker wires are particularly short!>Needs a 6.1 Audigy to take full advantage.

So not being biased, honestly i have listed only two bad things i can see at this time. I really do like these speakers and am very pleased with them. The only concern is the amount of wires i have in my tiny room lol... these speakers are compatible with almost any home device and you are even given the adaptor to do it for free!So if you're looking for a bargain way to step up from 5.1, grab these! I assure you the sound they produce is great, and isnt some thrown together budget model! the specs say for themselves:70 WATT RMS Output140 Watts Peak OutputThese speakers rock, 5 stars!

If there are any questions you have that i dont cover reguarding my reviews, please contact me on msn messenger: murphyl24@msn.com and I hope this review was helpful to you!

5Great speakers at a great price!
By L. Cabrera
When it comes to computer speakers, you can't go wrong with the Logitech x620s. Crisp, clear sound, a powerful subwoofer, and a system that's so easy to hook up, you don't even need to read the manual. The subwoofer has independent control. The right front speaker has an easy headphone plug, volume control, and on/off switch. These speakers give great sound and good volume. The bottom of the speakers have a groove for hanging them, or they can be set on your desktop.Only cons for these speakers:- When used at low volume, the midrange is weak, and bass a little overpowering. Nothing horrible, but this is the only sound weakness with these speakers.- Center speaker has no hook for wall hanging. Not sure why this wasn't included, as the center speaker would seem to be the most obvious choice for hanging.- Left front speaker has a very short cord. This forced us to place the subwoofer (where all the cords connect to) on the floor under the middle of the desk so the cord would reach. An extra few feet would have been nice, especially since the rear speakers have nice, long cords.I think these speakers stand up well to their more expensive counterparts. Why pay more, when you can get a wonderful set for under $100.

5An amazing and versatile projector for around $1100.
By Hugh
Pros: For months I struggled to determine which type of projector would best suite my needs. I was looking for a relatively high lumen projector that could be used both for projecting video in an art gallery setting (ambient light) as well as to watch movies at home (little or no ambient light). The DLP vs LCD question was my first obstacle. After reading endless articles and endlessly searching the Internet for any helpful information, I had come to believe that a high lumen DLP was the way to go. I am fortunate to live in the vicinity of B&H Photo and Video in New York City and went in to the store to see their various projectors in action. Originally I had my eyes on the Optoma EP739 DLP projector, but when I saw the image projected from the InFocus LP-540 I had to rethink my whole strategy. B&H has over a dozen projectors being demonstrated and above and to the left of the projection area is a large plasma screen TV used for image comparison. The InFocus was the only projector on view to match the color quality of the nearby plasma screen. This was surprising to me since most of the projectors on view are home theater projectors, and I expected they would have better color than a projector designed for business applications. All of the DLP projectors looked washed out in comparison. Now I know what you might be thinking "of course an LCD has better color that a DLP", this is pretty much a known fact if you have done your homework. But what I should mention is that not only was the color better, but the image itself was much sharper. Again, this is an expected difference between DLP and LCD, but the difference was striking. The articles I read warned that LCD projectors usually deliver a sharper image than DLP projectors, but the technologies use of pixels instead of color wheels make them prone to a "chicken wire" effect. The InFocus shines in this respect. The so called "Chicken Wire" effect was obvious on the other LCD projectors at B&H like a nearby Epson LCD. In this respect the image produced from the LP-540 was as good as any of the DLPs on hand.Cons: The only issue that I have with the InFocus LP-540 is that it has a low contrast ratio (400:1). I knew that I was making this trade off when I chose a LCD over a DLP projector. Considering I wanted high lumens and excellent color saturation for around $1100 I had to make this sacrifice. I found that there is no perfect product on the market for under $1500 that offers high lumens (1500-2500), a high contrast ratio, and the kind of color saturation that a good LCD projector can produce. Since I have purchased the LP-540, I have watched dozens of movies on it. It has performed very well with the exception of movies that are shot under low light, like horror movies (it in no way makes them unwatchable). If you plan on using this projector exclusively for home theater there are better choices out there than the LP-540 (the Sanyo PLV-Z4 had the best image of any projector at B&H. It offers amazing color saturation and a contrast ratio of 7000:1), but if you need a more versatile projector the InFocus LP-540 a solid all around performer.

5The best relation price quality!!!!
By MILCIADES NUÑEZ
I feel great!!!I have a home theater sound system with it and now I can see movies with a real home theater. It has XGA quality, 1700 lumens, has LCD technology that does not have the rainbow effect of the DLP technology (when something move quickly like a ball in a movie or a people in front of projection you see all the colors)it also have SVGA digital , RCA, Serial connections an a case and a remot control

42nd one - problems with the first...
By Sophtware
For the price, I guess this switch is ok. The first one I bought starting have trouble with the port on it. Ports would just go dead and I'd have to switch the cable at that port to another open port.I called support serveral times and spoke with different technicians, but no one could get the switch to work correctly on those dead ports. They were supposed to email me RMA instructions, which I never got. I called multiple times to get the RMA instructions, but each time I called they wanted diag my switch again!Needless to say, I ended up buying a second one, which has been working. I still have never gotten LinkSys to give me an RMA on the first. So it's sitting in its box - big waste of money. The reason I gave this product a 4 star is because it works when it works. My only real gripe was the support. In the future I'll probably be looking somewhere else for a switch.

5Cisco SR224 24-port 10/100 Switch - 13-inch chassis

Cisco SR224 24-port 10/100 Switch - 13-inch chassis - Actually received a Linksys SR224 24-port 10/100 Switch - 13-inch with a sticker that says you can upgrade to Cisco chassis. Works just great and have had no issues. No need for crossover cables as well so I can use regular patch cables to connect each device and uplink.

5Excellent mounting options
By Ecclaim
First off, I got this product for just $85, which I thought was a steal for a 24 port switch, even if it is only 10/100. Even at $100 it still is a better deal than most 8 port switches. Worked first try, no configuration. But the best part, in my opinion, is the mounting flexibility. It comes with some stick on feet if you just want to set it on a shelf, and it comes with 2 L-shaped brackets for rack mounting, but you can also turn the L brackets 90 degrees so instead of sticking out from the front for rack mounting they stick out with the flat side flush with the bottom. I didn't have a rack, but I turned it on the side and used those two tabs to mount it to the wall. Much easier than trying to use hidden, slotted holes.

5This stuff is wonderful.
By Jesstos
I love powerflex!

Powerflex is your happy medium between stretch tape and coban. Stretch tape is wonderful, but if you are using it without prewrap underneath the male athletes will usually complain about losing a few hairs. Coban solves this problem by eliminating adhesive sticking to itself and not the skin (or hairs), but it tears easily. Powerflex takes the best of both worlds. It is strong and flexible like stretch tape, but does not stick to the skin. As a trainer, I love it, and so do my athletes.

As an added plus, powerflex can also substitute prewrap.

5Strong Net
By A. Clancy
I wanted a net that didn't tear apart when I dragged it on the bottom. This is a well made net and it is strong. I have caught a few Carp when going for bait fish and they are horrible on casting nets. So far this one has not ripped and does its job. If you are like me and gathering bait in odd places spend the extra money and get this its durable compared to the net I got at Walmart which ripped up right away.

5faster sinking!!
By Issau Pierson
This castnet is way better than the ones bought at walmart, for the simple fact you can repair it on the spot w/ the dragon head swivel allowing you to fix a line right on the spot by replacing the line. Also, the placement of the weights make the net sink faster and are tied right to the net unlike other brands that can cause uneven casts, making your net not open correctly.I know right from day one that this cast net will catch more bait and last longer than others due to the higher quality. Yeah, I pay more but, I know the quality is there. I recommend to anyone looking for a bait net, to spend the extra dough, to get the quality they deserve and come to expect with a net like this.

5Great throwing,well made cast net!
By John Lusk
This is a great net for the money. Net opens completely with ease. Seems to be a well made, high quality net but have not used it enough to see how well it holds up. Overall I am completely satisfied with this net and it is everything that it claims to be.
