Perfect beginner guitar

I bought this for my husband with the idea that if he learned how to play we could always upgrade. He has learned how to play so quick but has no intentions of upgrading anytime soon. He loves the guitar, the style, the sound, everything. The extras that come with the package are not the best quality, but the guitar itself makes up for it. I did a plenty of research on beginner guitars and and 100% satisfied with what I got.

Great for a beginner

I purchased this after reading all the reviews of EVERY acoustic affordable guitar sold on the internet. Do not expect a $1000 guitar and you will not be disappointed. The finish is decent, the frets are smooth, and it stays in tune. The "cheap" tuner was a little stubborn to get working but works great now. I suggest this package for anyone wanting to learn or get back into playing.

Good sound, approachable for newbies and re-learning

I was a little skeptical about the internet purchase of a guitar made in China. Nothing against China per se, just had heard from friends that they mass-produce cheap guitars that aren't just inexpensive, they're cheap vis-a-vis materials, musical design and function, etc.This one was perfectly fine - exceeded my expectations in terms of price (low) and quality (reasonably good).If you're a serious professional guitar player, I don't imagine you'll be interested in this product.If you're a new player, or like me - I'm a pianist who occasionally played guitar and hadn't touched one in years - I think you'll find this guitar works well.It has a good sound, easy to tune, plays well, and looks good.Shipping was fine. Delivered on time and the guitar was pre-strung and un-hurt by the travel. I was concerned about the shipping wear and tear, but the guitar was fine.I purchased the package that includes a digital tuner, a starter pick (already had several), a full change of strings, and a teaching DVD. Didn't use the DVD, so can't speak to it. But the digital tuner was okay, strings were okay. I'd recommend this to any adult or teen learner (full-size guitar, so no young teens unless they're physically able to use a full sized guitar).

A Beautiful Piece of Waterford!

I never know what to get my wife for Valentines Day. I saw this on sale locally the other day and bingo - my dilemma was solved. The major things you'll notice about this are (1) it is stunningly beautiful, a real work of art - the pictures just don't do it justice; and (2) wow, it is heavy.My wife has several Waterford pieces and treasures them all. We don't drink wine or champagne so this will be used as a small bowl in our house. She was thrilled with it.I highly recommend this if you like Waterford's high quality and great design.

It has been a long while since I had the opportunity to purchase this Sesbellot Mink Oil Special set. I am enjoying this item very much. I first found out about it at a little Chinese Shop in Chinatown, Los Angeles back in 2005. This oil makes my skin feel so wonderful. A couple of years ago, my niece arrived from Vancouver, Washington where she lived and was covered with a very bad rash all over her body. I suggested that she use the mink oil and within a few weeks her rash went away. She was ever so thankful and mentioned that as soon as she used the oil on her skin, the rash didn't hurt anymore.I really appreciate this product and I'm glad that it is available for purchase.Once again, thank you from Honolulu, Hawaii! :)

My friend recommended this to me after I asked her what she started doing since her skin glowed. I immediately ordered this and even though it arrived damaged, after contacting the company I received a quick replacement. This oil smells great, absorbs very fast, works great under any of my night creams I have in rotation and also works after Tazorac on night I use it. I wake up to glowing skin and a lot of people keep asking me what I am doing - feels great. Will do my best to never be without it. One bottle will last good few months.I am taking one star away because the plastic cap glued to the round cap came undone after two uses so it's a bit of a pain to use it. The product is fantastic, the packaging could definitely use improvement.

Not just for skin

I don't use this product on my skin, I use it on my hair. I have very fine, dry/oily hair. Dry at the tips and oily on the scalp. To prevent my ends from drying out and for giving my hair "weight" and moisture, I use the mink oil on the tips, this prevents the dry flyaway frizzy look. I've tried a numerous other products from salons, but they leave my hair either too soft or just don't give me the moisture hold the mink oil does. BUT, be very careful. 1-2 drops is literally all I need after each washing before styling and only on the very tips. If I need some extra I will put a little on the tips after blowing drying.The big 50ml bottle lasted for about 3-4 years, since I only need a few drops.Years ago, alot of hair products had mink oil in them, one in particular I liked, but because of the expense, it has become harder to find.

I was rather disappointed because of: 1) the odor of the oil is fairly offensive. There was no mentioning of this in the product advertisement...I was not ready for that, 2) I did not see any outstanding results after using it for a few times...again it may require a longer period to see results. But, the advertisement did not prepare me for that. For $75 (3 oz) oil treatment I expected a lot more.

A bit disappointed

I purchased four frames to get the 4 for 3 promotion, bringing final cost down to $75 a frame. For $75 a frame I'm reasonably satisfied.Of the four frames I got, one was perfect with no visible flaws. Two have small, four or five millimeter lines in visible locations. There's is just one line on each frame, and you have to search a bit to find it, so it's not a huge deal. They're minor imperfections. The fourth frame, though, has a very visible 8 millimeter by 3 millimeter "ghost" on it. It's an imperfection in the crystal, a white spot that can't be buffed out or washed off. It's quite noticeable. I'm surprised it made it past quality control.These frame are made in Slovenia and do not seem to be up to the old Waterford quality. The crystal looks pressed instead of cut. The lines are nowhere near as sharp as on our old Waterford that was made in Ireland. It's still a pretty picture frame and catches the light nicely, but it does not appear to be the old, ultra-high quality Waterford.Again, at $75 and sending the one with the ghost back, I'm reasonably satisfied. If I was paying the current $150 and getting visible imperfections, I would be quite unhappy.

Build quality issue on 1 of 6

Bought the case of 6 (21.5x15x12.5). Five out of the six were built correctly and the build quality seems decent. I did have an issue with one of the six containers. The case on this one was not manufactured correctly and thus the steel pin holding the lid was not inserted correctly. For approximately $20/case you would expect better quality control but I understand stuff happens. I preferred not to send all 6 back and get a replacement package just for 1 box so I'll be trying to find something to do with the broken box. Amazon was great as always in providing some kind of assistance for this issue.

Beefy Storage

These storage containers are nice and beefy and will withstand heavy stacking in storage much better than most of the other plastic containers, which I have destroyed after only three months in storage. No broken Christmas ornaments, though! The difference is in the lid, and these have sturdy lids and won't buckle in. Excellent product!

Use the right light bulb!

These lamps are amazing! I ordered two for a hutch in a dark corner. The first one arrived with a 100-watt soft white bulb left in the socket. It hung under the lamp rim and looked awful. Wrong! Buy clear 40-watt appliance bulbs, and this lamp will throw amazing patterns of llght around the room. The crystal has a wonderful clarity and brilliance. This is not a quiet lamp.

I HAVE A QUITE MODERN/MINAMILISTIC BLACK SHADE ON THE LAMP AND IT FITS IN VERY WELL WITH MY CONTEMPORARY DECOR (THE LAMP WAS SUPPLED WITH A FABULOUS WHITE PLEATED SHADE). THE SIMPLE ELEGANCE OF THIS LAMP MEANS THAT IT WOULD FIT IN WELL WITH ANY DECOR. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAMP TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ADD A TOUCH OF CLASSY LIGHTING TO ANY ROOM.
