Best skillet I've ever owned

this is the best skillet I have ever owned. I've been using this skillet for about a month now and find it to be the best. The height and angle of the handle is great. The handle never gets hot. The pan itself is nonstick and supposedly dishwasher safe (I still haven't put it in the dishwasher, I always hand wash it). The only issue might be that it's too heavy to lift with one hand for some people.

Great at first

I was in love with this pan when I first got it for all he reasons the others mention. Great weight and angle on the handle, cooks evenly and truly non stick. However, I question how long the reviewers have had their pans before rating it. I've had mine a little under two years, and it's barely any more non stick than my plain stainless steel pan. I've never used metal utensils on it and there are no visible scratches or flaking, it just doesn't work as well. I've put it in the dishwasher but it says it's dishwasher safe, and I have burned a few things on it at times, but don't feel it should damage the pan to this degree.I still liking Viking for stainless steel and other cookware which will last a lifetime, but it's just not worth shelling out $200 every two years for a non stick.

broken case holding the thread

The thread is perfect, however, your packaging stinks. the box would have held five or more of the product; the case holding the thread is broken, this does not hinder the thread, but it will prevent me from refilling the box as it will have to be discarded. I suggest you instruct the packers on how to package items.

I have a small house, and I do not have my own sewing room (bummer); so, storage is a major hassle for me. I do not like hard vinyl sewing machine cases (they are just ugly and not all machines fit in all cases - I know, I got stuck with a few). I have to keep my machine and sewing supplies in my living room; so, I was THRILLED when I found a beautiful sewing machine case - with an extra bag (which holds everything - or it can even be used to carry my laptop if I am traveling, or act as a piece of luggage). This second piece holds any extra supplies, tools, or "works in progress". I LOVE THIS SET!Reasons to buy this Trolley Set are numerous, but for me, here are my top two:1. It's very attractive, and I bought the burgundy set since it blended in with my furniture (ok, not a great reason for seasoned seamstresses, but for me it was!);2. This set is HUGE! I can safely store my old Baby-Lock 1550 in there, plus my coordinating canvas thread case, which can also found at JoAnn Fabrics. This extra thread case (purchased separately for about $15) holds about 20 spools of thread, plus: my bobbin collection, scissors, etc. AND it as several "see-thru" pockets to store other things, too.The Trolley Set is FULL of hidden pockets (and it's extremely well-cushioned with added support panels to keep my machine safe) to store all kinds of stuff and STILL has room for my cutting mats (behind my sewing machine, where I also keep my thread case).Honestly, I can put EVERYTHING I need inside the one wheeled bag alone, and the extra bag is a "gift" to hold everything else.When I go over to a friend's house to sew, I have EVERYTHING right at my fingertips; plus, I look good when traveling, too. At home, the trolley set is very convenient and also helps to keep me organized.I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I'd very highly recommend it to anyone (even if they DO have a very nice, large, and elaborate sewing room).For me, I call this "my portable sewing room" and I LOVE IT!Just a final comment: There are "other bags" out there that MAY LOOK like this... but Hemline's superior design and construction set it WORLD'S APART. Very pleased with this set!

I am a professional seamstress/quilting teacher. I have a number of machines and not enough cabinet space to house all of them. I needed a set such as this for my recently purchased small embroidery machine (Baby Lock Sofia 2). I found interior measurements of these bags on a different site to make sure my machine would fit. Note to dealer: please add measurements to product details. I ordered this set on Feb. 18th, and it was delivered quickly as it arrived yesterday (Feb. 21st)! My set is "burgundy" and best I can tell, that's the only color choice available from this seller. Burgundy is a misnomer, as the bag is more of a green and pinkish-red floral print. Just mentioning this in case it's important to someone. Colors aside, the price was so good that I couldn't pass it up! My machine easily fits into the main bag, and the small embroidery unit fits in the other bag with lots of room to spare. Initially, I thought that the telescoping handle was too short, then I realized that I hadn't used enough "umph" to extend it all the way. Once I figured out that minor issue, I was a happy camper! I would definitely recommend this product to others!

Love it!

Now I don't have to guess what thread to use in a complicated embroidery design. I just set my machine to Madeira numbers and then match them to the thread in my chest. It is great. So many colors. No more going to the store and wondering "Is this the right color". I am so happy. Also, Ken's Sewing & Vacuum Center has one of the best customer service centers that I have ever encountered. They were great. I also got the chest on sale, which makes it that much better.

A little ambivalent...

The "made in China" tag hidden in the little pocket was a surprise, got the impression this was supposed to be nicer than that. I do like the smaller-than-most size, the clips work well, and the feel of it is good. It took a LONG time to get here though, and they don't give you a tracking number unless you email them (and then wait a couple days for a response).

Almost Perfect

I've had the large 10 pocket Bosca before, and that was great, but it was always too big for some pockets, so this time, I got the smaller 8 pocket. This wallet is so superior to the average wallet--the leather, the craftsmanship, and the size in the "width" dimension is perfect. It allows for multiple cards in the same slots, without struggling to get them in and out.The reason I say "almost perfect" is the "height". I wish the wallet were about 1/4 to 1/2 inch taller so that currency would easily go well into the wallet. Right now, it's OK, but a close fit, and if you have a lot of other things, like receipts in there, you have to manipulate a bit.But, overall, it is a great wallet.

I always used to buy the $12 - $25 range wallets. They would fail in a year or two and I would get another. Had this one for over a year now and it still looks like new. No signs of wear or damage. Love the "richness" and depth of the Cognac colour.

Love my wallet

I just got this as a gift. It replaces my previous Bosca wallet which lasted me 6 years--much longer than typical for my wallets. This feels real smooth, appears nicely crafted, and fits much better into my pocket than the tri-fold. It also seems to have more room for credit cards. My biggest issue is that there really isn't room for unfolded receipts in the money section--too narrow.
