Excellent and Vesatile

I bought this watch because I needed a dual-alarm watch to remind my wife to take medication twice a day while we traveled.With sound vibration and light options the alarm can be discrete (vib) or very noticeable - all three. The 24-hour countdown feature also sets off the alarm and automatically resets. With a little planning you can set the dual alarms and the countdown timer and get as many alarm reminders as you need per day.I thought that using the vibe feature twice a day every day would eat batteries, but I have had the watch 1 3/4 years now and the battery is finally getting a little weak. The water resistant feature works, I've accidently dunked the watch a few time. Now to clean it I put it under the faucet. The only drawbacks are that the watch is big and with time the silver coating wears off to reveal a whit plastic underneath. It's not too noticable. It is perfect for my needs and I highly recommend it.

Early wake up

Postive: It wakes me up without waking my wife up.Negative: After I changed the battery it had a tendency to leak and then not work properly. I have replaced the plastic watch band three times.Overall: Useful

Buttons

My boyfriend is a pilot and this watch is the newest latest greatest product that all his pilot buddies are getting. We are happy with it so far. The only problem that we have with it is that the buttons are hard to push. When you are turning off an alarm every fifteen minutes this can be a real pain. I am sure that it would cause problems with someone who does not have a lot of strength in their hands.There is also an alarm function that this watch is suppose to have that it just does not. I cannot remember the specifics (the watch is currently with my boyfriend doing rescue missions in Louisiana).We have looked at other products and despite the small issues that we have had with it, this one was by the best. The vibrating alert that can be set at so many different intervals really makes this product stand out.

Great product; Works as expected

Like product and had one for years that broke - due to my dropping it one too many times!Only rated it at 4 stars for a technical reason. When playing back on track 1 and 2, tone is much lower, like its decreased, for no apparent reason, but on tracks 3 and 4, where you would expect a decrease, it is quite normal.Other than that, I loved that it arrived with a set of headphones (mine were falling apart) and it also has an audio set of instructions (which I actually listened to) and it is very helpful.

Great clock for anyone, but especially those with low-vision

I purchased two of these clocks at different times, one for myself and then one for my grandmother, who has macular degeneration and absolutely loves this clock. Although the previous clocks aren't branded "Reizen", they're identical to this one. I'm buying another one for my grandmother so that she can have one in her bedroom as well as her kitchen.This is a great clock, even for those with normal vision, but especially great for those with low vision or the blind. One tap on the big top button that runs the length of the clock speaks the time in a pleasant and very understandable British female voice, and a second tap speaks the date. There are no tiny extraneous buttons to accidentally push, which is important for low-vision users and a serious flaw in many other similar clocks.There's an option for speaking the time on the hour. The time and date are set automatically according to the time broadcast from the NIST government clock in Colorado, so there's no need to fool with it when the time changes. The functions all make sense and are very easy to set, and the alarm setting as well as other other features are confirmed by voice. The clock uses AA batteries that last a long time, at least two years under normal use and they are simple to change.The single lacking feature is a backlight, which would be nice for night table alarm clock use.

Not bad for the price

This is an okay unit. I would just be aware of the following:1) Even though this clock only works in the US, it speaks in a British accent.2) Volume control has two settings: high and low.3) Automatically setting the time can take a long time--up to hours--and might only work at night. I thought I would just turn it on and it would set itself in about the same amount of time that it takes my cel phone to get a signal. It's not like that at all. As I understand the documentation, once it sets itself, it only checks the radio signal at 2:00 am.4) Setting the time manually is slow because you can only increment/decrement the minutes, not the hours. If the radio signal was more robust this wouldn't be an issue.5) You can't simultaneously have the alarm set and the hourly time announcement.6) The hourly announcement starts at 8:00 am. If that's when you want it to start you're in luck. If not, the only other option is to turn it off.

Cute, Clear and a new friend

The cute British accent voice is clear and easy to understand. Setting the time is easy, as is activating the voice. Tap the top bar once for time. Tap it twice and you will hear the date and day. My 87 year old visually impaired mother really likes the clock, and I suspect activates it just to hear a friendly voice. The clock is never judgmental and never sighs and says, "It is one minute since you last asked the time." ... No more "what time is it now?" phone calls... The Reisen Talking atomic clock.. Our new best friend. :-)

This is an amazing little product. It is easy to use, easy to carry, and easy to understand the voice. The keyboard is a bit small, making it difficult to type on if you have big hands, but that is not a big deal after you get used to it. The phone dialer and directory are very nice as well as the voice diary. This allows you to schedule appointments and reminders way in advance. It would be nice if it had the ability to keep street addresses along with the phone numbers and e-mail address, but again that is minor. For someone that is visually challenged, this is a very useful tool. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Convenient and attractive

This is a great dispenser! The metal base is heavy and has rubber discs to prevent it from sliding on the counter. It fits perfectly under the kitchen cabinet, and it could also be hung on a wall. The best thing about the dispenser is its convenience and easy of use. I tend to forget about cereal when its stored out of sight in the cabinet, so it tends to go stale -- I don't have that problem any longer.

Best fit for my husband

My husband loves cereal for breakfast, and I bought it so he doesn't have to go to the pantry every morning to get a box of cereal. It was a perfect fit for him, and it even accommodates the extra large cereal bowl that he uses. I was surprised at how big it was, but the stainless steel frame is incredibly beautiful. The rubber turn knob doesn't jam up as easily as I expected, although dense cereal may require a bit more effort to dispense. Only complaints: 1. The top plastic covers are not completely airtight, but are fine for dry cereal. 2. The bottom rubber covers fall out easily - they should fit more snugly.

Very Good Product, Not Perfect

The Zevro Easy Morning Dual Dry Food Dispenser is a very good product. My five year old loves being able to easily get her own cereal.Cereal does "leak" out of the bottom of the mechanism if there is any left over in the mechanism after the bowel is removed. This is not a real problem in the suburbs.In a city apartment the cereal leakage from the bottom, and the lack of an airtight seal on the top, could be a problem for bugs (roachs).The unit is stable and sturdy. It is attractive on the counter.

Just what I had hoped it would be!!

I had been looking for a dispenser for a while for my mounting cereal shelf in the kitchen. I have a mostly stainless steel kitchen and I didn't want the piling cereal boxes to be exposd anymore, I was really looking for a more uniformed look. I researched my options and the price I found on Amazon was really the best. I knew I wanted multiple dispensers, but oddly enough it was more cost effective to buy multiple single dispensers than a couple of the double ones that are available. No matter, I purchased 5 and they are lined up beautifully on my stainless steel shelving unit. They are easily put together, cleaned and used my my five children. They look cohesive and pretty when they are filled with colorful cereal. Nonethess, the children ranging in ages from 2-11 find them accessible and use them often. They come with a small plastic covering that is right at the opening that helps in keeping the cereal fresh. I was worried about the larger cereal coming out, but the turner that pushes the contents out are thick and durable. I have had no trouble whatsoever. I would think that these are much more durable than the plastic alternatives. If you have the opportunity I would think that these are the better choice. I really have nothing negative to say about the dispenser. I would highly recommend it.

Visually pleasing, extremely functional

I owned this dispenser for close to a year, and love it. The cereal is always fresh and accessible and I do not have to keep the boxes or reach out to grab few nuts for a quick snack. Great design.
