  • Quick central focus system
  • 420-foot field of view at 1,000 yards
  • Magnification: 8x
  • Objective lens: 40mm

Product Description

A great bang-for-the-buck binocular, the 8x40 Action VII Binocular is the 'standard' entry in value-driven porro prism lineup, featuring a tremendous view that's relaxed and spacious. It is a great choice enjoying stadium sports, and also makes for a sensible birding or hunting selection. Its high-refraction prisms combined with the 8x magnification yield a wide 8.2 degree true field of view, and the aspherical eyepiece design makes for a wide apparent field as well. The Action VII has multicoated objectives, protective rubber armor, and conventional peel-down style rubber eyecups

5ABSOLUTLY THE BEST BINOCULARS AT THIS PRICE RANGE
By C. J. Campbell
Nikon Action 8x40Nikon's Action series has always been their entry level effort. The series has gone through some pretty radical changes over the years. Nikon seems to be much more adventuresome at this price point than they are in their top of the line products. The latest Action binoculars all feature aspheric lens technology. The Action 8x40 is probably the glass of most interest to birders. It is a wide angle design, with 8.5° of field (that translates to 446 feet at 1000 yards), a close focus in the 12 foot range and eye relief of about 10mm. The limited eye relief means that spectacle wearers will not see the full field (what else is new?)...but the usable field for most people will still be relatively wide when compared to most 8x40s on the market (especially in this price range). The body is mat gray armored. The smooth armor is sufficiently tacky to provide a good grip, but some gripping aids (ridges or patterns) might have made it more secure in the hands. Body design is standard porroprism, and comfortable in the hands, with a large comfortable ribbed focus control. However the focus might be a stretch for those with real small hands.Optically, the Nikon Action 8x40 gives the extra bright, extra sharp first impression that I have come to associate with Nikon's applications of aspheric technology. While the view is not the equal of that provided by glasses like the Swift Ultralite 8x42 glasses which cost over twice as much as the Nikon Action 8x40, it is certainly very close. When compared to the current BVD Reference Standard for bargain binoculars, the Bushnell 8x42 NatureView, the Nikon Action 8x40 is slightly brighter, with a bit more snap (likely due to the lack of multi-coating on the NatureView). The NatureView, however, has much better eye relief and a bit more comfortable view. While the NatureView retains its Reference Standard designation for the moment, the Nikon Action 8x40 are certainly very fine binoculars in the same price range...a BVD Starred Product, highly recommended to anyone who wants bird-worthy binoculars on a budget. Really, if you start birding with the Egrets, it may be a long time before you feel the need to upgrade, and it will certainly spoil you for many a lesser glass that just happens to cost more. The Nikon Action series binoculars utilize aspherical lenses, ergonomic chassis, and quick central focus to maximize long term viewing comfort. All models feature high light transmission, multicoated lenses and high index BaK-4 prisms for superior resolution and brightness.Buy them!

5Great pair of binoculars for the price.
By Todd
I was looking for a medium-powered pair of binoculars for back yard astronomy. I had picked up a pair of Bushnell 10X50's for a few dollars less than the Nikon's and I was disappointed with the quality (there was something wrong with the optics... could not get them to ever completely focus). I promptly returned them and picked up these. What a difference! They were much clearer than the Bushnell's, and the focus is extremely sharp in the center. I take them out just about every night and they offer me a great view of the sky. If you're looking for a good all-around pair of binoculars that's worth more than what you're paying, look no further!

5Best pair of binoculars I tried regardless of price!
By Grant Brummett
Pros:Super low priceSuper sharp viewUltra Bright viewNice case with belt loopPretty light weight for 8 x 40 binocularsCons:Too large to carry farToo heavy to carry very farHave to take my glasses off to useNot fog or water proof no big deal if you live in southern Arizona like I doI know nothing about binoculars (I didn't even know what 8 x 40 means!) but wanted something to replace the old binoculars I inherited from my dad who purchased his pair 45 years ago. They were very heavy and very large and when watching birds in my back yard feeder they got very heavy very quickly.I started out by going to the store and trying every single pair of binoculars they had starting with the most expensive since I thought, well, they must be the best. And they had some very expensive ones there with image stabilizers and laser range finders and who knows what all else. The sales guy was very patient (he was from a different dept and didn't know anything either) and even looked with me through each and every one. We were amazed to find that the Nikon Action 8 x 40 were the absolute best of the batch they had in the store including the ones that cost hundreds of dollars. They seemed to be the right balance of view, sharpness and brightness. When I got them home I found them to be brighter, sharper, and clearer and slightly lighter then my dad's old binoculars. As a bonus because of the rubberized coating I found I could lean the front of them against the window and stabilize the view and support some of the weight. The old ones were metal and I didn't feel as comfortable scrapping them against the window.I can't comment on the neck strap and I will never use it because of my bad back. I found that hanging anything around my neck caused my back to ache so I hand carry them if I take them anywhere but I mainly use them from the window looking into the back yard or carry them in our SUV.I also like the fact that one set of the eye cups are joined together allowing me to pull them both off at the same time. I wish the other end was this way. Anyway it's one step less then pulling all 4 off the old set.In closing I highly recommend at least for backyard birding and the price is amazing!!11-30-2008 Update:Ok I have been studying Binoculars and I now know what 8 x 40 means. I've also had a chance to use these binoculars for awhile now and here are my findings.I still love these binoculars but have found them to be a little heavy since I have a bad back and a little large to carry around. They weigh 26.8 oz which isn't bad for large binoculars and they are pretty big but I knew that when I bought them. So I'm going to be buying something a little lighter (10 oz or lighter) and smaller for carrying away from the house or car that hopefully has similar characteristics but in an easier to carry with you package. I will come back to post when I get the chance.12-1-2008 Update:Went to the local large sporting good store so I can try out smaller binoculars before I purchase a lighter pair on Amazon.com. I had the clerk pull out a pair of these Nikon Action 8 x 40's to compare because I knew how well they work out in the field. Once again I was absolutely amazed at the quality and clear view of the Nikon Action 8 x 40 against much higher priced smaller and lighter Binoculars. There seems to be a point where going smaller you just can't do a lot better. When I do finally find a small light pair that somehow can compete I will report back here. Also I have to remove my glasses to use these binoculars, but for the price hey I can put up with that. When I buy the smaller lighter pair I will report back with what I found.I have also seen better binoculars now at the store but they cost more, a LOT more like $650 more!12-3-2008 Update:Went to the store and tested a lot of different small binoculars trying to find a pair that are almost as good as my Nikon Action 7216 8x40's and found the perfect one. If you need small and want a good view and a good price get the Nikon 7508 Travelite 8 X 25mm V Binoculars. They are: light (8.9 oz), fit the hand well are well made and very bright in the viewfinder for their size. No they aren't as bright as the Nikon Action 8 x 40 and they don't have as big a field of view but they aren't anywhere near as big or heavy either, you can always carry them with you.

1Beautiful but it rusts
By JL
I absolutely love this pattern. It's mirrored finish is just beautiful, and I've not been able to find anything else like it. The problem is, though, that it rusts. I've had 18/10 flatware before, and have never had this rust problem. The knives seem to rust on the actual smooth part as well as the hammered handle, and the others will get it on the handles. I'm so bummed because I can't find another pattern like it anywhere. So I have to give it only 1 star because of the rust.

5Still Beautiful Tableware a Year Later...
By TXCR
I received 8 place settings as a Christmas gift from my husband in 2006. This pattern is so beautiful I immediately went online to Amazon to order the steak knives, 2 hostess sets, the accessory set and an additional 4 place settings to round it out to 12. The design is a one of kind and I love the balance. They just feel good in your hand. I have never experienced any of the rust problems reported buy a couple of others reviewers. They will scratch with normal wear, but this really doesn't detract from the overall beauty. We went to dinner recently at a local high end restaurant and we were surprised to see they set their tables with this pattern. For Christmas 2007, my husband completed my Lafayette collection with the serving bowls, salt & pepper shakers, napkin rings, tray and water pitcher.Go for it! You won't be disappointed.

1Cautious shopper
By Michael B
Though the Ginkgo Lafayette pattern is being produced the new products are not 18/10 as stated. Theye are manufactured of 18/0. 18/0 has no nickle content and is inferrior to the 18/10 version that Ginkgo was producing. I questioned Ginko regarding the switch to a less durable material and they have not responded. Buyer beware. If anyone does have the original 18/10 version (inked Ginko and 18/10 logo on the rear face of the untensil) please let me know as I would like to purchase a set.

4HP Color LaserJet 3700 Laser PrinterHP Color LaserJet 3700
By Jim
Great improvement over HP's 2500 and 3500 series. Print quality is excellent. Color output is banding free and vibrant, B & W is as good as it gets. Postscript, expandable memory and not being host based are all good things. Macintosh compatibility is excellent in OS X. Printer is very acceptable in terms of noise. Its fast enough for a single user who needs to get quick copy in under a minute. Doing the math, thanks to the high yield toner carts (6000 pgs), cost per page is highly competitive against just about everybody. Very nice build quality! What's not to like? Minor gripes include, USB is only 1.1 and not 2.0. Status display panel should be backlit. Duplex feature can't be added later. Pretty LARGE for a personal class printer.

1Drivers are buggy. Will not collate pages
By noby29504
The Laserjet 3700 is a tragic example of what is wrong with HP nowadays. The printer itself is fantastic. Fast, clean printing, and looks great. But the problems are fatal.1. First and foremost, the printer drivers do not support collating documents. So you must do it manually. Even though HP knows about the issue--it is on their support site--they have not updated the printer driver in over a year and a half. The workdaround--to use the 4600 printer driver--does not work at all.2. Color bleeds and is inconsistent.3. Replenishing the toner cost $900. Yes, $900. And now that HP is suing all the alternative sources for toner and using DCMA to force you to buy their products, you can expect to pay $900 each and every time this printer needs more toner. If you own this printer for 5 years, it brings the total cost of ownership to $6,000. And this assumes you only buy new toner once a year. Most people will need more.So this product perfectly captures why HP is screwed. Great technology, but horrific support and a price gauging business model.I have bought HP printers my whole life. But after seeing the lack of quality in the drivers and the outrageous lock-in strategy and prices, this one will be my last. I hate to say it, but next time I'm buying a Dell.

5An extrodinary queen felt this was my pattern
By a gentle sound
When I was 19 and living as destitute as I've been, and not to whine, I had a close, dear, older family friend insist I register this to be my pattern for silver. She actually assigned it for me as "the correct choice." Look it was the later 70's I'd had mono, no care, barely surviving poverty, but I was amused and certainly without her means to acquire nor care for this silver. The same might be said today. But I knew older days, that had been polished directly into my being. I'd lived years in a Victorian house next to her, bosom buddies keeping tarnish from her silver sets and taking jaunts into her attic. Learning about Aubussons, polishing marble and oak, using oils and storing away tips on ways to run her wash through the ringer washer and hang to dry out back by the grape arbors. The real lessons in kitchen and garden. She was the way I learned to can and run a house, drawing back to days a woman was judged by those competencies. Her Studebacher a fine car to drive around the block. She had been a teacher once before being a wife of a dairy owner and community figure. There were ways to fold and use, store linens, starch collars, brave cockroaches- choloform in hand. In short as I always do, I studied the application of her knowledge into her daily living. That is the artist in me.She loved the pattern "Buttercup" for silver, it was her mother's. I love that Freda loved it so here I am years later with place settings for 12 and a love for this delightful pattern that only a little reminds me of a favorite wildflower find in the fields. Freda got me many piece of this silver the first was a peanut spoon. But I do lack the punch ladle and the cake server shown here and one day I'll get it...and it has been too long since I took out the silverpolish. It's amazing how I was taught to approach this on a weekly and monthly schedule, and still I am not there.Buttercup is excellent as a silver. It is elaborate with a rather pouting square end. I eat with it happily as it seems to remind me of the past. And dining with it reminds me of my personal past traditions, other times together, those we lose away too fast that were the old before us. Good cut glass crystal does the same.Worth buying this cake server. Many might find this false of me, a part of a kind of connection to thing, to what money can buy. But it might hit on a spot, yet, you haven't grasped it really. Yes one would sell it in a blink to help a child or plagued with debt. But, it has reminded me of who I was once, how I was seen. And sometimes that has been enough to get through a rough time.

4Economy Astro Binocs
By Paul C. Rzad
These binocs are made in China and work pretty well. While not the same quality or build and optics as say the Fujinons are they are also hundreds of dollars cheaper. Exit pupil is 7mm and eye distance is 22mm so they are good for people who were glasses. There are reasonably sharp to the edges with only a little focus drift. Light enough to be hand held.A great first astro binoc or for someone on a budget. Also do a search for the Meade 9x63 binocs and notice that they are the identical in construction and optical specs. I am guessing that these are the same binocs with the Meade name put on them. The Meade set go for around $ 169.00 You can find the Barska Blackhawk for about $100. Just dont buy them from optics planet as you will never get them and they won't let you know that they are backordered.......Also note that these are fully multi coated optics, try a pair.

  • Ergonomic black fibrox handles minimize wrist strain
  • Wash by hand; lifetime warranty

Product Description

The R H Forschner by Victorinox 8-piece Block Set includes: 4-inch Paring Knife, 6-inch Boning Knife, 8-inch Chef's Knive, 8-inch Bread Knive, 10-inch Slicing Knife, 10-inch Sharpening Steel, Kitchen Shears and Slant Hardwood Block. All knives feature high carbon, stainless steel blades, hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. A special tempering process is used to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again, so the knife can keep its original sharpness throughout the entire life of the blade. Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension. They provide a natural fit. A good heft and comfortable, positive grip are indications of a well-made knife. A sure-grip handle with a finger guard is valuable feature since the handle inevitably gets greasy, wet, or both. Although cutlery steel is naturally sanitary, materials and construction details of the handle minimize crevices what would offer hospitality to bacteria.

5Chef Ed (retired)
By Chef Ed
To a professional chef, no kitchen tool rivals a great set of knives. When learning my trade in Paris, France, I used only the finest Sabatier knives. Later in life, I was fortunate to make a Swiss Miss a Mrs. Typically frugal and practical... and from a family that has had the same Restaurant Bauernhof for centuries... so, when my prized Sabatiers were lost in transit, she replaced them with a more economical (stamped not forged) Swiss brand, R. H. Forschner by Victorinox.Suddenly, this 70 year old retired chef cut through decades of knife prejudice... the sharpness, balance, thin blade and heft brought joy to my kitchen again... and for a fraction of what I would usually pay! It has been several years since my first Forschner and it is just as good as the one I just purchased.Last fall we visited Oberlunkhofen, Switzerland, where my mother-in-law continues as chef of the family restaurant at 82 years of age and her 86 year old sister-in-law is the waitress. Her wooden handled knives were of excellent quality but could no longer pass the NSF rules. I purchased a set of H. R. Forschners for her at a Swiss wholesale restaurant supply house... at a price higher than we could have gotten them on Amazon.com! Not only is she a cutlery pro, but she values price and practicality even in gifts. Now she thinks kindly of me as she cheerfully slices through each day.

5Sharp. Very sharp.
By Steven J. Marsden
Don't let the all-business black non-slip handles fool you. These are some fabulous knives. They don't have the thick back of most quality forged knives (these are stamped). They don't have rosewood handles. They're not made to pimp up your kitchen or match your mixer. They're made for cutting things, and they do this exceptionally well. The blades are exceptionally shiny steel, very similar to Victorinox's Swiss Army knife. Things don't stick to the blade much. Like Swiss Army Knives, they also have a comparatively thin back and very little 'wedge effect.' This means when you cut things, they don't fly across the room. You don't push. The exquisitely sharp blade just kind of slips down through, leaving even carrots right where they were.I'd never understood how chefs managed some of the fast cutting they do: now, I get it. I've owned some pretty decent knives before, but these are something else entirely. For the price, if you're serious about sharp, you can't do better.

5Forschner Number 1 Choice of Professionals
By Art
I purchased the 8 piece Forschner block set (plus the 7 inch Santoku), and highly recommend this set and the extra 7 inch Santoku which fits in the same block. The deciding factor for me were the comments by professional chefs and butchers on various web sitesincluding this one. The problem with purchasing individual knives is that the cases are very expensive (with shipping and handling the mark up over mfg cost must be 1000%?), but you just cannot have sharp knives loose in a drawer. The block is $30+ if you compare the piece part prices, and if you have small kitchen it uses the least space, further away from kids hands, less fiddly than the knife safes as well. As for what you get in the block set, it has just about the right combination of knives for me, the Santokuknife fits in one empty slot as well (thanks to reviewer who commented on that). There's a steel included as wellwhich is essential. The boning knife is longer than the one in my old set, but I don't do use it that much. There's one spare slot for a smaller knife. These knives are all very sharp, and I'd say the 8 inch chef's knife is the largest I would ever need, better for heavier cutting, but also OK for fine cutting as well. The 7 inch Santoku is lighter and I like using it-I can see why it's popular, better for potatoes/vegetables but can also handle heavy cutting as well. They both are great for fine chopping using a rocking motion, and with plenty of knuckle room. With a 2 cook kitchen having the two knives in the block seems a good plan. The Santoku has slightly different handle shape than the other knives which may be for Asian style chopping (versus rocking), I'll have to experiment. As for using in a dishwasher, one Forschner supplier recommends no, the reason being the plasticcover on the dishwasher rack will be cut and may cause the underlying metal to corrode, not to mentionknife edge wear, and change in blade temper (although I am sceptical about this last one) . If you clean them as you go this isn't a problem.

3Okay gym, but needs to be forcefully put together.
By ..R..
This gym is decent once it is put together. Since it is yet another product made in China, it is not really Quality Controlled. I had to use a large hammer to fit one of the top pull-up bars into place. Some of the bolts have damaged threads. The pads used to hold you in place while doing the leg and ab workouts get really slippery when wet, so you have to use towels over them. If your chest is wide like mine, then you will most likely feel cramped in the device.Overall though it is not a bad gym. For the price (Under $150), and if you get free shipping, it is well worth the money. Just expect to use your own tools and a hammer when putting it together.

I read all the reviews for many products before I bought this one as I find them very helpful. This is a great piece of equipment for me. I can see though if you are a large person that it may be to tight for you. I am 5-10 - 155 and have plenty of room to use it. As far as assembly, i did have to use a rubber hammer to get one of the top handles in as one other writter indicated they had to as well. Two suggestions not in these reviews, the grips for the bars came already on the dip handles but not on the chin bar. I made the mistake of putting the grips on the chin bar before I put the chin bar on the tower assembly, huge mistake they must go on after the chin bar is on the tower assembly as it will not fit through the holes with the grips on. Second, I received two screws that were to short by jsut a little, I recognized this as I counted the parts before assembly and had two odd screws and was two short of one type. I could have easily gone to Home Depot and purchased two for pennies but was able to find a place in assembly to use them by excluding the washers I was able to make them fit. Overall I am very pleased with my piece of equipment.

3Decent quality for the price.
By B. Seymore
The assembled stand is actually a fairly decent product for the price. You're getting something that is sturdy and compact enough that it doesn't take up too much space. You can put it in a corner, or against a wall and not worry about it taking up an entire room. The problem is with the assembly. The instructions that come with it are next to useless, and the way the hardware is just tossed in to a bag together with no labeling can create a problem if you're not used to putting things like this together.Overall, I would recommend this to someone that is looking for a decent and cheap stand, if you don't mind the headache of actually putting it together.

5Great product...runs slight big
By JFlores
Great product. Lots of my fishing friends that are full-time guides wear this product. It's not too expensive, keeps your warm and can take a beating. The product seems to run a bit on the big size, but I wouldn't downsize to a smaller size.

5A loyal customer for a quality and affordable product
By Dolores Zempel
I appreciate the quality, affordability and availability of this product so much that I don't plan on using any other brand of flatware other than Oneida. I purchased my first 45-piece Satin-Flight set over 15 years ago. Eight years ago I had to split the flatware, so I purchased a setting for four, same style was still available, whew.Like socks, flatware tends to "disappear" over time. Also, upon the arrival of some family members about a year ago I finally realized I needed more flatware. I bought a different brand that was lower priced, it weighed less and the lower quality buffing process caused the edges to irritate my fingers. Although the price was lower, it was not a cheap bargain set that was shrink-wrapped in hard plastic. My family left a month later & I continued to use both sets for the past year and was irked whenever I grabbed the inferior flatware.I finally got irked enough to go online and bought a 45-piece Oneida-Satin Flight flatware that felt as comfortable now as it did over 15 years ago. Now, getting Oneida to make an Iced Tea Spoon Set in the style of Satin Flight would not make headline news, but it would be quite nice.

4Excellent for the price
By lenonline
I have sort of a love/hate relationship with the boat. It works as advertised and I still believe it is the best boat for the money. One side of my pontoon leaked the first time I used it. Patched it as best I could but I think it is on a seam. Having the duel air chambers is super. Even if one chamber leaks, you can stay afloat and can add air to fill the other chamber. This can save your trip. The oars are excellent. I use a small trolling motor, but it is difficult to use placed behind you. Your head is always in the way. I will never go back to a float tube this is much better. The pontoon works better than a canoe or john boat because you can use your flippers for most of your movement. I haul this boat on the top of my car and it is easy to load and unload. While it isn't perfect, it is the best unit for the money and is super for fly fishing on small to medium sized lakes.

1Very cheaply made product- poor customer service
By Preston Rahn
At first I thought this boat was the best for the money, but I soon realized I fell into the trap of a cheaply constructed Chinese-made piece of crap. Let me start out by saying that I am an avid fisherman and use this boat at least once a week (maybe that's the problem). I think part of the reason as to why I am so negative about this product is because of the customer service. Twice I have contacted them for replacement parts that were still covered under warranty (one year from date of purchase), and the first time went rather smoothly, but the second- well, not so much. As mentioned, the first interaction with Classic Accessories went smooth- I obtained a RMA#, submitted the required paperwork, and photos. A few weeks later I received my replacement parts in the mail- no problem. Recently (4 months later), I had more parts fail so I contacted the customer service department and began the same process. They told me all of a sudden the parts are not in stock and that I would have to wait until a unit is returned before I could begin to see any parts. How ridiculous is that? Wasn't a problem the first time. Convenient how now that my warranty is almost up they "run out of parts".Anyway, one of the pontoons is slowly leaking, not enough to leave me swimming, but still leaking. I use a pressure gage, much like for your tires, so I know I'm not over-inflating it. And I'm not about to begin the hassle of sending it back and waiting forever for a replacement. Welds have broken on the basket that mounts behind the seat, anchor cleats have broken, the cheap little plastic bushings that house the oar locks are ridiculous, and the oars themselves get eaten up by the oar locks- not to mention the rubber oar stops do anything but stop the oar.Bottom line: you get what you pay for. Suck it up, spend the money, and get a well crafted, heavy (not one of those that fits in a backpack), made in USA pontoon- you'll wish you had later down the road. [...]

I've been dragging this thing around for at least five years. Mostly used for small inland lakes in Michigan. Nothing's broke. Seams have held up well.

5I love my pot rack

5Xmas Present
By N. Roberts
I bought this as a gift for the lady this last Xmas. It installed easily (though the chains that came with it were PATHETICALLY short. I bought some longer ones at the local HW store) and sits nice and level. The only real complaint I have other than the chains is that it's nowhere near as black as the pictures indicate. Still, it looks nice and does the job, and easily carries 100s of pounds in cast iron and assorted pots/pans with ease.

4Reelcraft RT835OLP
By tw8959
Seems good quality. Like it so far. Recoil tension seems a bit much, but hopefully it will lesson as it is used. Packing could have been better as the fittings poked thru the box during shipping and I only had one screw left out of the mounting hardware, so I had to buy my own

4Good product but a word of warning
By Dale M. Sprague
Researching hose reels lead me to Reelcraft, the apparent quality standard in the industry. Models and types of reels too numerous to mention gave excellent choice to fit one to my home garage air compressor system I designed. The original reel arrived extremely quickly from Amazon.com. Following manufacturer instructions printed out from www.reelcraft.com showing how to adjust the hose feed arm where I wanted it, I then mounted it high on the garage wall. I decided to adjust the feed arm again to a better position, and in releasing the spring coil tension as directed, the spring disengaged, and I lost all recoil action. If you adjust the feed arm be very careful not to over-rotate the reel when releasing the tension. In my opinion better instructions should have been given by Reelcraft as to how to perform this step.Amazon.com's Customer Service was excellent! A short telephone call has a replacement on its way right now. Customer service at Reelcraft (800-444-3134) itself though left me befuddled. They told me even even though I had registered the 2 year warranty online that the distributor (Amazon.com) was responsible for warranty service, not Reelcraft. This makes no sense whatsoever but thankfully Amazon is correcting my problem.I would never use this Reelcraft model in a business shop, but for my garage and worshop at home it seems built well enough and should do what I expect from it, particularly at the excellent price Amazon sold it for.
