Beautiful scope and very clear !Made in Japan which is very good quality, excellent optics and overall finish.Be cautious what your application for a 4X scope is because you have a small field of viewand it it not fast to get the scope on the target. A 2X scope is best for most hangun shootingunless you are shoot long range from a rest.I own a 2X and the 4X Weaver classics and both are fantastic ! I also own Simmons, Redfield, Leupoldand Bushnell handgun scopes. The Weaver holds its own with all of them.

What can I say, it works as expected. I bought it expressedly for slicing bread and it does it well on my homemade bread. But the effort to change from the non-serrated blade that comes with the slicer to this optional serrated blade is enough of a hassel that I won't be swaping back and forth whimsically since the serrated blade can do most everything the smooth one does. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that I think something this sharp should come with a storage container of some sort. I am planning to purchase the blade changer holder if I can find a source so each blade could have it's own blade changer holder for storage. This would make blade changing easier if the blade to be changed to is already in a blade changing tool, and the spare blade changing tool is free to be used to remove the blade on the slicer. This would make it easier to switch between the two blades -- at least it would make me feel safer.

Really does a good job of slicing bread

My cuts of bread white, wheat, rye, and multigrain) all come out looking like store quality. As long as you have lined the bread up correctly on the device and the quality of your bread you can get many slices per loaf. My usual standard loaf has 20 slices but I have taken it up to 24. No ragged edges, and seems to slice through the crust on the top and sides without difficulty. If you own the slicer, and plan to slice bread, I would highly recommend this.

Works as expected. Used the unit to replace batteries in an APC UPS and the battery alarms stopped. What I don't like is that Amazon requires you to have at least 20 distinct words to submit a review. I won't be submitting reviews in the future unless I have something significant to say.

Item not as pictured!

Buyer beware, You don't get what you see in the photo.The battery (or I should say batteries) arrived today. The picture shows a complete set (with fuse and connector) fully assembled. What I received were two battery halves, some rubber cable guards, screws, and washers. Nowhere in the description does it say that the item you receive will be anything less than what is pictured.I would be ok with re-using the connector and fuse from my old battery pack, except that the battery I'm replacing had some corrosion that ate away at the fuse. So it needs to be replaced as well.The price is good, so I can't complain too much, but had I known I wouldn't be getting everything shown, I would have ordered a new fuse at the same time.(In case you aren't aware, the fuse is located beneath the black cover on the top and towards the back in the picture.)

I saw an earlier review stating the connectors and fuses were not shipped with the battery. I still had my old battery, so if that happened, I had the parts to join them together. But I was happy to see that the battery arrived with all the connectors and fully assembled. I just hooked it up and slid it in the case, and the UPS came right up.Very happy with this purchase.

Crappy-looking batttery seems to work OK

This battery seems to charge and function normally.The crappy Titaniun-colored sticker that's supposed to match your TiBook is wrinkled and slightly off-color. The LED lights are cheap-looking and shine through the platics unlike on the apple model. You will also need to hold the button instead of simply clicking like on the apple one. The "click" does not feel as tight when I put the battery in.Bottom line: Seems to work but looks crappy and appears to be more cheaply constructed, i.e. noticably lower quality overall.

Excellent Battery

I have had a "classic" 15" Powerbook Titanium G4 (1GHz)about five years. The machine travels with me and I use it every day, usually without a plug-in. This my fourth battery, following two supplied by Apple, the original and a backup, and another third party replacement. The Apple batteries were well made, but would only run for only about two hours. The third party replacement had a higher capacity, but it was a little too small for the machine and would disconnect when the machine was moved. I finally fixed this problem by applying a strip of tape to the end of the battery so it would fit snug. Also, that battery was finished with silver colored paper, badly applied so it wrinkled visibly. This battery seems to have the virtues of both previous kinds. It is beautifully finished, fits perfectly and is giving me more than three hours on a charge.

Back to life

My wife had taken over my old Powerbook when I bought my MacBook Pro. It only had one issue...a 25 minute battery life. I picked this battery up as a Christmas present and she's loved every second of it. She can get a legit 4 to 4 1/2 hours out of a full charge with wifi on and the screen on bright.Well worth the money.
