Standard is 1.9" O.D. galvanized steel with a fixed top eye, 40" base diameter. Base edge is rubber-covered which allows the standard to be rolled from play to storage. Ball with nylon cord included. The pole is 10' in height.
Please note that this item cannot be shipped internationally. This CANNOT be expedited either. The base will be shipped by a freight truck and will be a second package. This set comes in two different packages.

Wow, that's a tall tetherball!

This is a good quality item. The base is heavy and the materials are good. The only down side is that the pole is very tall. I didn't quite take in before purchase that it is about 10 feet tall, which means that the string has to be long and so the place I wanted to put it (near some trees) turns out to be very inconvenient, as the ball is constantly getting caught. I was also hoping to be able to move it to put out sight without dismantling it, but the base is so heavy that I can't move it on my own. Overall, this is a good item, but maybe not quite what we needed.

Tetherball Pole and Ball

The tetherball pole and ball was delivered to my house within a couple of days. The pole was easy to install in the base. the entire process took about 15mins to get the set up and ready to use.
