Absolute essential for home use

24-pound bar would be great for young athlete: basketball, football (especially a QB/receiver), baseball (pitcher/hitter) to build upper torso strength and tone. Try 3-cycle/25+ rep workout of curls, military press, reverse curls, standing lat raise, and behind-the-neck triceps presses--and feel that burn! This is great for anyone who doesn't have time (family, schedule) to get out to the gym, or faces a long winter. I think this is one of the simplest but effective weight devices I've used in 35+ years. Get one and you'll agree.

Body bars can be used for a number of reasons. I find they're excellent for things like chest presses to get even weight distribution for arm and chest exercises, and also for using for balance and especially great for using to keep good posture when squating (place on back of your neck and put your hands on each end).You can choose different weights and you can get quite an effective workout by using these. Since Australia has decided not to sell these anywhere, I got mine shipped from an online source and have been so happy using it ever since. They are great and it's the perfect tool to mix up your exercise routine.
