Reduces Snoring For Better Sleep Plus Best Neck Support

The shape of this patented design tips your head back into the CPR position maximizing airway size -- when sleeping on your back. When sleeping on either side the pillow ends are higher and almost flat but with recessed areas where your ears position, keeping your cervical spine straight and your airway size large -- and adding great comfort to your neck and your ears / head cushioned against the pillow. I sleep much much better (and more quietly) and my neck is more comfortable. I have tried several neck contour pillows and they are good in the on-back position, but allow the head to tip down out of alignment when sleeping on your side. Sleeping on the stomach is bad for people with neck problems. VERY IMPORTANT -- it takes time to get used to this pillow. It is not shaped like a normal pillow -- by design -- but this is a little disconcerting at first. Up to two small pieces of the pillow can be removed (permanantly) to ease pressure on the neck in the back position, if necessary. There are excellent instructions with this pillow. As you use it more you naturally seek and appreciate the correct positions for your neck and head, and likely will not want to use any other pillow again. I have had mine just a few weeks and just tried to order a second on Amazon for a second home -- only to find they are now longer available. Perhaps this review will motivate AMZN to offer them again soon and help you sucessfully purchase and use it. This is a remarkable product !

Works GREAT for a while

I bought this pillow in Feb 2006 and it worked great. I would couldn't believe how much snoring improved. But in the last few months it has stopped working.

While my head and neck were sore the first few days that I used this pillow. I could tell that they were sore because of all the muscle knots and odd pressures I had were going away. After a week and a half, I had greater range of motion, far less pain and woke up a lot less during the night. The ear holes are the best feature. They help me align my head for maximum airflow when I go to sleep. The only downside I've ever found with this pillow is that it is no longer available. I regret that I only picked up one when I bought mine.
