works like a charm for Paella!

As a fervent outdoor paella cook, I have gone through many of the 'paella burners' they sell around the paella world.Those are flimsy, rickety contraptions, and I'm happy that so far, no explosions have taken place in my garden.This burner though, after a couple of months of usage now, by far is the best fire I've used in 14 years of Paella making.The proof is in the Paella. The ooohs and aaaahs continue from the first ignition spark until well after dessert, and into the night (...sometimes)

I own this product and have used it for years. I am a country girl so it has come in handy for everything from making apple butter to sanatising jars. In Fl. it cooked for the entire neighborhood during the hurricane season of 2003 and 2004.
