Excellent Product

I have a complete set of Henckels but wanted to add a boning knife and as with all Henckels, this is a great knife. Flexible enought to fillet and bone.

This is an excellent filet knife. If proper care is taken (no dishwasher, no mixing with other utensils), the edge lasts for a long time. Very high quality materials used.
