Before I placed the order, I emailed them with questions. They responded within a very short period of time. I was surprised because I have emailed other vendors and the response time was days. I offered to pay extra for them to gift wrap my purchase for Christmas and he included it in the price. I have been very happy so far and I would certainly do business with them again. Perhaps, this time next year.

I have collected Waterford a long time and bought the Guardian Angel for my granddaughter this past Christmas. She loves angels and I thought this Guardian Angel would be perfect in every way - and it was/is. It's a stunning piece of crystal made in Waterford, Ireland. The piece will be with her a lifetime. Be sure all the Waterford pieces you get are made in Ireland; engraved with the acidic Waterford sig.; has a Waterford sticker; and the box is in excellent shape. Being a collector I have found all these to be important to the integrity of the piece.
