The PIAA 520 Series Ion Crystal Driving Lamp features a beam pattern which dramatically enhances stock high beams to increase both distance and road shoulder illumination. The patented ion crystal lens uses a purple lens coating to transform white light to amber/yellow with no loss of candle power. Built with round, black stamped steel housing, glass lens, 12V-H3 85 watt bulb, and protective black grid style covers, these lights bolt easily onto your vehicle's grille guards or light bars with easy plug-in installation. This complete kit includes two lamps, pre-assembled wiring harness, relay, switch, and two black grid style covers and is backed by a limited warranty (bulbs excluded from warranty).

Very Bright Yellow Light

I just installed a set of 5293's on my Jeep Wrangler. These lights are considerably brighter than the factory high-beams! I was a bit surprised by how yellow the light was; but it seems to provide very good contrast at night (sort of like yellow snow ski goggles on a bright day). I also have Jeep factory fog lights which seem to pair up really well with these lights. When I turn both on, I get great light on the sides but with the highest intensity dead ahead.When you install the switch on the dash, make sure that you consider the fact that you'll need to turn these lights off when you are approaching oncoming traffic and you'll be reaching for the button when driving.

These lights are great the dark tarmac does not absorb this yellow light. be really carefull when installing becaue if you set them too highthe upcoming traffic will have a hard time seen the road

great looking lights on my black Jeep Grand Cherokee and bolt right into my black bull bar. Great yellow light cuts through the elements. I regularly drive through dense fog and these boys blast through it. Great buy!
