The Nr 10 "Riserva" is the result of centuries of tradition of balsamic vinager. Due to the new Italian laws on Balsamic Vinegar it is now in a new design and calle "Vigna Oro" as no numbers are allowed on the labels any longer. Throughout time, qualities of the product have been developed, that are amazing but still produced in the old way of aging grape must from the Trebbiano grapes, in wooden barrels. Outstanding!

This is an outstanding balsamic vinegar that surpasses most balsamic vinegars aged 15 and 20 years. The flavor is complex, the vinegar is "thick" and just terrific. (But, not cheap.)
