The Universal mounting LCD mount is an all in one product for applications beyond wall mounting. Made of steel and die cast aluminum, this mount can be used on walls, under cabinets, desk tops, and ceiling mounting. The slotted arm makes wire management easy and prevents damage to the wires during monitor viewing adjustments. The quick mount wall plate design allows for adjustment making a level install easy to achieve. Tilt, pan, swivel and rotate makes this one of the most versatile mounts available for any application. Does what it needs to do, easily.

I recommend this for a basic mount job. Attached a 23" Samsung HD monitor.Product arrived with all screws and a comprehensive set of instructions. Instructions weren't exactly necessary, but it's good to know that they were included. Also, on the plus side, the wall screws came with plastic inserts in case you mount the hardware away from the stud. That's a nice touch, something that I would expect to be overlooked.The item itself is stable, if not basic. Parts seem to be of industrial strength. Loosening the joints the first time was a bit of a pain, but they tightened again easily and are holding the monitor in place. I'm using it vertically to get the angle I want, and the mount holds the angle with ease. Over a 24 hour period, I have no drift or movement so far.The plate itself mounts easily to the monitor, which then mounts securely to the arm. Love it. Easily able install without help of another person, one-man job that took me 15 minutes.Only dropped a star because the picture doesn't match exactly. Mounting plate arrives separated form the arm and is one solid square instead of the "X" pictured. Works just as well (if not making for easier attachment and installation) but it's not entirely accurate.
