Product Description
A specialty of Modena, Italy, balsamic vinegar is made from white Trebbiano grape juice, cooked and concentrated, and aged in a series of barrels, each of a different wood, each wood imparting its own distinct flavors. Balsamic has a rich, mellow flavor, with a caramel sweetness, and a mild acidity. Use balsamic as a condiment, to drizzle over grilled meats and vegetables, or blend into refined vinaigrettes, to dress mixed greens.

Love The Stuff

I love this Balsamic, it is beautifully flavorful. I purchased at a local store a couple years ago, and have since tried several others in the same price range. This balsamic was by far my favorite. Aged 12 years, the consistency is perfect. Sweet, full bodied, and complex, I won't buy any other balsamic in this price range. Love The Stuff!!!In addition, The bottles are great, I keep the bottles after they have been emptied for use with my other vinegars.
