Perfect toy if they'd use it

This is a wonderful, durable toy that can take years of pounding. We bought it as a stress relief for our boys, and some side-kick moves can help develop strengthening, muscle-lengthening to help short hamstrings (one of our boys has this). The height is adjustable for various moves. I wish they used it more!2008: My kids won't use it at all. I think it's great. They haven't used it for anything but climbing on.

I've had this punching bag for about 5 years and it is still in great shape. My kids punch, kick, climb on top of it, etc. and the thing looks good as new. The top also adjusts in height which is nice or comes completely off. When filled, it is heavy, but moves easily on top of carpet. It's a great energy release and fun at sleepovers. My 2 boys have basically grown up with this punching bag and it is still in great shape. If you are looking for a quality product, this is a great choice!

My son uses this in his karate class peaceful warriors in woburn ma. since Shihan got this he started having alot more fun, by the way he is 4 years old
