Filling

Love love love EAS and am in love with the myoplext packets. I've never been a huge fan of strawberry flavor, but thought I'd give this a try after trying the vanilla cream (FANTASTIC!!!!) and chocolate (still pretty good, but not as good as vanilla), and this is definitely my least favorite flavor out of the three. It's not that I hate it, as I mentioned before, strawberry just isn't on the top of my list. But I add some frozen bananas, 1/4 cup raw oats and handful of walnuts or pecans, and blend and yum, yum, yum! Just being creative and adding some ingredients of your own, and you've got a killer protein shake that will hold you over until lunch.
