This is an excellent vitamin. It's the only one I've seen that can be taken on an empty stomach and not make one nauseous. This is a "whole food" vitamin. This is different from others where the vitamins are extracted, this is the actual food that's concentrated. Most health gurus recommend this type.I also appreciate their honesty in the labeling. Notice it's "ONE" per day dosage. One other company (won't mention the name) has almost the same ingredients, but a "dosage" is 6 (six) per day..... with the same price per bottle, it comes out to SIX times the cost. WATCH THE DOSAGE!You won't go wrong with this one. The seller in this purchase was also prompt and it was an excellent transaction.

When I use these vitamins I notice an immediate improvement in my health and energy level, so I would definitely recommend them. They are also made from actual food, so people like me with adverse reactions to processed chemicals can take them safely.

I love this vitamin! It is one of the few actual whole food vitamins on the market. I chose this brand because it is soy free, which is important to me. Even though I eat a balanced, whole foods diet, I haven't always, and I feel like this vitamin helped make up for some defficiencies I had incurred while being vegan- mainly in the B vitamin category. And actually after 2 years of infertility, and one month on this vitamin, I was able to conceive. Not saying it's a miracle pill, as I'm sure it's just coincidental, but I do know B12 plays a significant role in fertility. All in all- I would (and have) highly recommend this vitamin!
